Who we are
Aztova Digital ("Aztova", "we", "us") is a small web studio. You can reach us anytime at support@aztova.com. These terms apply when you hire us to build or maintain a website.
What we provide
Website design, hosting, ongoing maintenance, and support under our monthly Website Plan. The exact scope of your project — number of pages, features, and add-ons — is what we agree on in writing before we start.
Pricing and plan terms
- Website Plan: $59/month, with a 12-month minimum, then month-to-month.
- Pay upfront for the year and receive a 7.5% discount.
- Includes hosting, security, uptime monitoring, and up to 3 hours of edits per year.
- Add-ons (extra pages, online booking, photo gallery, etc.) are quoted separately.
- Domain credit of $20/year is included.
Ownership and license
While you are on the Website Plan, Aztova owns the code and design of the site and licenses it to you for your business use. Your content (logo, photos, copy) and your domain name are always yours. If you'd like to fully own the site outright, we offer a one-time buyout for $2,500, which transfers full source code (HTML, CSS, JS, assets) and ends our hosting and maintenance responsibilities.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that any content you give us — text, images, logos, trademarks — you have the right to use. You agree to keep your account contact information accurate so we can reach you about your site.
Uptime and support
We aim to keep your site online and fast at all times and we respond to support requests quickly during normal business hours. No platform can promise 100% uptime, so we provide the service on a best-effort basis without a formal uptime guarantee unless specifically agreed in writing.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time after the 12-month minimum with 30 days' notice by emailing support@aztova.com. After cancellation, hosting ends — if you'd like to keep the site, the $2,500 buyout transfers full ownership to you.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If a change materially affects you, we'll let you know by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Aztova Digital is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
